“My experience was perfect until it came time for delivery. I gave very explicit instructions on WHO the package was going to be delivered to, and you guys didn't even bother to put the name I asked for on the delivery slip. The package was lost from the time it was delivered until now. I would highly recommend that if you ask for "special" instructions on delivery, that you pay close attention to this information.”
