    Overall fine. The bolt section could use some help by correlating the bolt to the vehicle like you do for springs.

    Shopping good, quick, easy, and not a lot of needless fluff. Customer service was very quick at correcting an error in the product, and replacing it.

    Great. No tracking number provided, had to phone General Spring for that, as "Joe" did not respond to two e-mail requests for that number. Spring shipped unprotected which resulted in all 5 plastic leaf retainers (the little plastic guides that keep the leaves aligned) being damaged. UPS didn't handle the shipping well. Springs are bare medal, and need to be painted. Generally happy with the price and and the product and will be ordering from GS again.
