2003 - 2010 Dodge Sprinter Leaf Springs

Note for rear leaf springs the Dodge Sprinter came with 3 different setups. These are a 1 leaf, 2 leaf and 3 leaf systems so be sure to count your current leaf stack and order accordingly.

For Rear Leaf Springs Most of the factory 1 and 2 leaf systems have 12mm eyes and are interchangeable with each other.  The factory 3 leaf system All have 16mm eyes so they are not interchangeable unless you want to drill out the front hanger and rear shackle to 16mm (5/8).  There are some 1 and 2 leaf systems which came with the 16mm eyes but not many.  If you have a single leaf you can put on a 2 leaf to increase spring capacity.  If you have a 1 or 2 leaf you most likely can not put on the 3 leaf unless you drill.  If you have a 3 leaf stay with the 3 leaf.
